1. Introduction

The platform allows users to purchase digital Counter-Strike 2 cosmetic items from the csdigistore catalog and receive them through Steam inventory transfer tools. csdigistore acts as an independent digital item store and is not affiliated with Valve Corporation or Steam.

2. Eligibility, accounts, and security

• Users must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
• Use is limited to jurisdictions where these services are lawful.
• Before placing an order, the cardholder or authorized payer must manually confirm that they are at least 18 years old and accept these Terms, the Payment Policy, Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy.
• Accurate account information must be provided, and KYC checks may be requested to prevent fraud or satisfy legal obligations.
• Users may not create accounts for third parties, run multiple accounts, or share one account between multiple people.
• Steam login provides only the Steam64ID, not Steam login credentials, though profile and inventory details may be accessed through the Steam Web API.

3. Product / Service Description

csdigistore is an online store for digital game cosmetics, specifically Counter-Strike 2 virtual in-game items commonly called skins. The service lets eligible users browse item listings, view item condition and price, place orders, pay through supported payment methods, and receive the purchased digital item through a Steam trade transfer.

Products shown on the store are virtual cosmetic items only. They are not physical goods, financial instruments, gambling products, real firearms, or real-world weapons. Item names such as AK-47, AWP, MAC-10, pistols, rifles, or knives refer only to Counter-Strike 2 cosmetic item categories and Steam inventory item names.

4. Orders, purchases, and delivery

The platform supports only purchases of digital in-game items from the csdigistore catalog. No real-world goods, cash-out services, seller payouts, or user-to-user item exchange services are provided. Payment rules are described in the Payment Policy.

• Item prices are displayed before checkout and may change over time according to availability and market conditions.
• Once an item is delivered to a Steam account, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed except as described in the Refund Policy.
• csdigistore may cancel, decline, or block orders at its discretion when required for fraud prevention, compliance, payment review, or technical reasons.
• The platform does not offer wallet withdrawals, cash payouts, or item purchase services from users.

Daily limits may apply, such as a maximum equivalent of USD 3,000 per user. Inactive accounts may be suspended or removed after 12 months of inactivity with 14 days of prior notice.

5. Delivery and Shipping Policy

All products are delivered digitally. csdigistore does not ship physical goods, parcels, or postal items. Delivery is made through a Steam trade offer or another Steam inventory transfer flow shown during checkout.

• Instant delivery items are normally sent shortly after successful payment and order verification.
• Some items may require manual review, Steam availability checks, or anti-fraud checks and can take up to 12 hours.
• The user must provide a valid Steam account, public inventory access where required, and a working Steam trade URL.
• If Steam applies a trade hold, trade ban, account restriction, or inventory limitation, delivery may be delayed or impossible until the restriction is removed.
• No shipping fees apply because the service provides digital delivery only.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Where consumer withdrawal rights apply, the user may request cancellation before a digital item has been delivered. By confirming checkout for immediate delivery, the user requests immediate performance of the digital service and acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is lost once the item is delivered to the user's Steam inventory.

If delivery has not started or fails because of a verified technical issue, the user may contact support within 14 days at info@csdigistore.com. Approved cancellations or refunds are handled under the Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited conduct, intellectual property, and liability

• Fraud, scams, money laundering, market manipulation, bots, automation tools, or violations of Valve or Steam rules are prohibited.
• Violations may lead to account suspension, cancellation of trades, or reporting to authorities.
• All site content, design, software, and branding belong to ISFARA OÜ, registry code 17409325, VAT EE102942341, Tartu maakond, Luunja vald, Lohkva küla, Salu tee 4-6, 62207, Estonia.
• Third-party trademarks such as Valve, Steam, and CS2 remain the property of their respective owners.

Services are provided "as is". csdigistore is not responsible for item value fluctuations, Valve or Steam restrictions, or indirect or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the user during the six months before a claim.

8. Refunds, complaints, governing law, and contact

All digital item purchases are final and non-refundable once delivered to a Steam account, except in the specific cases listed in the Refund Policy, including technical delivery failure, duplicate payment, or proven unauthorized transactions.

Complaints about orders, digital delivery, incorrect items, payment issues, or warranty-style service concerns can be submitted under the Complaints and Warranty Policy. csdigistore reviews complaints within a reasonable time and normally provides an initial response within 14 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
