How do I register an account on csdigistore?
Click the “Log in with Steam” button in the top right corner, sign in to your Steam account, and you can start using the site. We recommend adding your email address and Steam trade link in your profile settings.

Payments

How do I pay for items?
Sign in, choose one or more items in the Store, continue to checkout, select one of the payment methods currently available for your country and order, and follow the on-screen instructions.
Are there any payment fees?
The final amount and any applicable processing charge are shown before you confirm payment. Availability and charges can depend on the selected method, country, currency and order amount.
I completed a payment but my order has not updated. What should I do?
First confirm that the payment was successfully charged. If the order status is still unchanged after a few minutes, send your order number and a screenshot of the payment confirmation to info@csdigistore.com. We will investigate it under our Complaints Policy.
Why was my card payment declined?

Common reasons include:

  • Insufficient funds on the card.
  • Your bank’s fraud prevention system blocking the transaction.
  • Incorrect payment details.
  • The card does not support this type of online transaction.

Try another available payment method or contact your bank for more information.

Trading & Purchases

How do I buy an item?
  1. Browse the item list and choose the item you want.
  2. Click “Buy” or add it to your cart.
  3. Confirm your details and complete checkout.
  4. The item will be delivered to your Steam inventory through a trade offer.
Can I buy multiple items at once?
Yes. Add several items to your cart and complete the purchase in one checkout when enough offers are available.
My item is still processing. What should I do?
Some orders are delivered instantly, while others can take up to 12 hours as shown before purchase. If the stated delivery window has passed or the status stops changing, contact info@csdigistore.com with your order number.

What fees does csdigistore charge?
The item price and final payment total are displayed before confirmation. Any processing charge depends on the available payment method. csdigistore currently sells digital items directly and does not offer third-party item listings or seller withdrawals.
