COMPLAINTS AND WARRANTY

This policy explains how users can report order problems, delivery issues, payment disputes, and service warranty concerns.

Complaints and Warranty Policy

Effective date: 10 June 2026

Customer protection

1. Scope

This Complaints and Warranty Policy applies to purchases, digital item delivery, support interactions, payment issues, account-related order problems, and other service concerns on csdigistore.com.

The platform sells digital Counter-Strike 2 cosmetic items only. Warranty-style rights apply to the correct performance of the digital delivery service, not to the market value, popularity, rarity, or future availability of any virtual item.

2. Complaints process

Users can submit complaints by emailing info@csdigistore.com or by using the support chat on the Contacts page.

  • Include the order ID, Steam account identifier, payment reference if available, and a clear description of the issue.
  • Attach screenshots, Steam trade offer details, payment confirmation, or other evidence where relevant.
  • csdigistore normally sends an initial response within 14 days.
  • Complex cases involving payment providers, Steam restrictions, suspected fraud, or legal compliance checks may take longer.

3. Warranty terms for digital services

csdigistore is responsible for delivering the purchased digital item or providing an appropriate remedy when a verified platform-side technical error prevents delivery.

The service does not warrant that a digital item will keep a specific market value, remain tradable on Steam forever, avoid Steam restrictions, or meet a user's subjective design preference after delivery.

User-side mistakes, incorrect Steam trade URLs, trade bans, account restrictions, chargebacks, fraud indicators, or breaches of the Terms and Conditions may limit or remove eligibility for remedies.

4. Resolution options

Depending on the verified issue, csdigistore may retry delivery, correct order information, request additional verification, provide support instructions, cancel an undelivered order, or process a refund under the Refund Policy.

If the user disagrees with the outcome, they may request a second review by replying to the support decision and adding any new evidence. The governing law and jurisdiction terms are listed in the Terms and Conditions.
